OIEC presenters available for your group or event

OIEC services include advocacy, customer service, and dispute assistance through its Ombudsman Program. OIEC has speakers who can give information about OIEC's services and its part in the Texas workers' compensation dispute resolution process.

Presentations for any audience. Injured employees, employers, health care providers, labor groups, or anyone else interested in workers' compensation. Presentations can be modified to fit your time requirements.

OIEC is participating with the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) in their educational outreach program, Workers’ Compensation Fundamentals. It is designed to help injured employees increase their knowledge and understanding of the basics of the Texas workers’ compensation system and what to expect when processing a workers’ compensation claim.
